Maison Kenoosha is a family story. A boutique hotel we brought to life together, blending our Lebanese roots with the inspiration we've gathered from our journeys. Originally from Africa, we cherish our heritage, our diverse backgrounds, and the traditions we had the chance to grow up with that shaped us.
We've always believed that the greatest wealth lies in the richness of cultures.
Each piece of furniture, each detail in our boutique hotel, holds a history, chosen with care. Maison Kenoosha itself is a story, one we've written as a family, full of heart and meaning. Through it, we aim to create a unique experience : one that invites guests to explore, indulge and feel connected.
Located close enough to Marrakech to explore its vibrant energy, yet far enough to offer a peaceful retreat, Maison Kenoosha is a space where you can recharge and experience the charm and authenticity of our world.
We have created a boutique hotel with only six suites, each designed to reflect a different atmosphere. Every corner of Maison Kenoosha is meant to tell its own story and inspire. From the quiet paths of our olive grove to the scents of our aromatic garden, Le Jardin Secret, every space has been thoughtfully designed to offer a unique experience.
Our guests can unwind at Le Spa by Kenoosha, where relaxation is taken to new heights, or enjoy the fresh flavors from our vegetable garden.

Le lieu est superbe, calme, reposant, décoré avec bcp de goût. Le service est digne d'un palace : répondant à chacune de nos demandes mais sans être obséquieux. La chambre est très grande avec une literie excellente. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux.

This was our second visit to Maison Kenoosha this year, after our first stay in April — and it was every bit as wonderful as we remembered. We don’t often go back to the same place twice, but there’s something truly special about Maison Kenoosha that made it feel like coming home.
The decor is absolutely gorgeous, with every detail beautifully thought out. The food is amazing — fresh, full of flavour, and served with real care. The staff are all brilliant: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
It’s perfectly located — close enough to the centre of Marrakesh for easy exploring, yet just far enough away to enjoy real peace and tranquillity.
If you’re looking to visit a unique, beautiful place with incredibly attentive staff and wonderful hosts, Virginie and Ivana, then don’t hesitate to book — you won’t be disappointed. A TRUE MARRKECH GEM!
Our stay at Maison Kenoosha was nothing short of extraordinary! The charm of this place is unmatched, blending elegance, thoughtful design, and comfort in perfect harmony. The maison sets very high standards across all the range of its offering. I am beyond pleased to share that the hotel, its staff, the rooms and the services comfortably exceed all expectations. I had a superb experience - ultra-clean rooms, delicious and well thought food, top notch breakfast (with home grown fruits!), a breath taking garden and a staff that makes you feel at home right at the gate. Among other things, the hotel is also flexible and able to meet guests special requests. Upon enquiring about the chance to set a table for dinner in the Olive Garden, the request was welcomed with pleasure and the result was just amazing. We had a magic dinner! A massive thanks to the staff and Virginie for the warmth they bring and the passion that is visible in every detail of the hotel
